Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Kai ("the Service", "we", "us") is a personal calendar assistant that works through a Telegram bot and a web dashboard. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur (ИП) "Recordika", IIN 900417350021, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: support@247ai.work.

2. What data we process

• Telegram account data: your Telegram user ID, first/last name and username, used to identify you and send you messages.
• Google Calendar data (only if you connect it): access to your calendar to view, create, update and delete events on your behalf. We access this via Google OAuth and store an encrypted refresh token so we can act for you.
• Zoom account data (only if you connect it): permission to create Zoom meetings in your own account and to read your Zoom profile e-mail. We store an encrypted Zoom OAuth token. We do not access, store, or process your Zoom meeting content or cloud recordings.
• Content you provide: tasks, reminders, notes, contacts, booking settings, your city (for weather), and messages/voice/photos you send to the bot.
• Payment data: subscriptions are processed by Telegram Stars. We receive confirmation of payment but never receive or store your card or bank details.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the Service: to understand your requests, manage your calendar and meetings, send reminders and summaries, run bookings, and maintain your subscription. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising to third parties.

4. Google user data

Kai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar access only to provide calendar features you request, and we do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

5. Zoom data

If you connect Zoom, Kai uses the meeting:write permission to create meetings in your account when you ask, and user:read to display which Zoom account is connected. Meetings and any recordings remain in your own Zoom account under your own plan. You can disconnect Zoom at any time by sending /disconnect_zoom to the bot, which deletes your stored Zoom token.

6. AI processing

To understand natural-language requests, voice messages and photos of schedules, the relevant content is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. This is used only to interpret your request and generate a response.

7. Sub-processors and third parties

We rely on: Telegram (messaging platform), Google (Calendar API), Zoom (Meetings API), OpenAI (natural-language and media processing), and our cloud hosting/database provider. Data is shared with these providers only to the extent needed to provide the Service.

8. Storage, security and retention

Data is stored in our database on our hosting provider. Sensitive notes you mark as secret (e.g. passwords) are stored encrypted. We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete it at any time (see section 9); OAuth tokens are removed immediately on disconnect.

9. Your rights and deletion

• Disconnect Google Calendar and delete stored calendar credentials: send /disconnect to the bot.
• Disconnect Zoom and delete the stored Zoom token: send /disconnect_zoom.
• Request full deletion of your account and data, or ask what we store: e-mail support@247ai.work.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. By using the Service you consent to such processing to deliver the features you request.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.

1. Кто мы

Kai ("Сервис") — персональный ассистент-календарь, работающий через Telegram-бота и веб-кабинет. Оператор — ИП «Recordika», ИИН 900417350021, Республика Казахстан. Контакт: support@247ai.work.

2. Какие данные мы обрабатываем

• Данные Telegram: ваш ID, имя/фамилия и username — чтобы вас идентифицировать и отправлять сообщения.
• Данные Google Календаря (только при подключении): доступ для просмотра, создания, изменения и удаления событий от вашего имени. Храним зашифрованный refresh-токен.
• Данные Zoom (только при подключении): право создавать встречи в вашем аккаунте и читать email профиля. Храним зашифрованный токен. Содержимое встреч и записи мы не получаем и не храним.
• Ваш контент: задачи, напоминания, заметки, контакты, настройки записи, город (для погоды), а также сообщения/голос/фото, отправленные боту.
• Оплата: подписки проходят через Telegram Stars. Данные карты мы не получаем и не храним.

3. Как используем

Только для работы Сервиса: понять запрос, вести календарь и встречи, слать напоминания и сводки, вести запись, поддерживать подписку. Мы не продаём ваши данные и не используем их для рекламы третьих лиц.

4. Данные Google

Использование данных из Google API соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use. Доступ к Календарю используется только для запрошенных вами функций.

5. Данные Zoom

При подключении Zoom используется право meeting:write (создавать встречи в вашем аккаунте по вашему запросу) и user:read (показать, какой аккаунт подключён). Встречи и записи остаются в вашем Zoom. Отключить — команда /disconnect_zoom, токен удаляется.

6. Обработка ИИ

Для распознавания запросов, голоса и фото расписаний соответствующий контент отправляется провайдеру ИИ (OpenAI) исключительно для интерпретации запроса и формирования ответа.

7. Субпроцессоры

Telegram (платформа), Google (Calendar API), Zoom (Meetings API), OpenAI (обработка текста/медиа), а также провайдер хостинга и базы данных. Данные передаются им в объёме, необходимом для работы Сервиса.

8. Хранение, безопасность, срок

Данные хранятся в нашей базе у хостинг-провайдера. Секретные заметки (например пароли) хранятся в зашифрованном виде. Данные хранятся, пока активен ваш аккаунт; токены удаляются сразу при отключении.

9. Ваши права и удаление

• Отключить Google и удалить учётные данные календаря: команда /disconnect.
• Отключить Zoom и удалить токен: команда /disconnect_zoom.
• Полное удаление аккаунта и данных или запрос сведений: support@247ai.work.

10. Дети

Сервис не предназначен для детей младше 16 лет; мы сознательно не собираем их данные.

11. Трансграничная передача

Наши провайдеры могут обрабатывать данные за пределами вашей страны. Пользуясь Сервисом, вы соглашаетесь на это для предоставления запрошенных функций.

12. Изменения

Мы можем обновлять политику; дата «Обновлено» отражает актуальную версию.
