By using Kai ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur (ИП) "Recordika", IIN 900417350021, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Kai is a personal assistant that helps you manage a calendar, tasks, reminders, notes, contacts, client bookings and online meetings through a Telegram bot and a web dashboard.
You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid Telegram account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of information you provide.
Features that rely on Google Calendar or Zoom require you to connect those accounts via OAuth. Your use of Google and Zoom remains subject to their own terms and policies. You can disconnect at any time.
Some features require a paid subscription (Pro or Business), purchased with Telegram Stars. Subscriptions renew automatically per the period shown at purchase until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through Telegram's subscription settings. Payments are handled by Telegram; refunds are subject to Telegram's policies.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to send spam or unlawful content.
The Service, its software and branding are owned by the operator. Content you create remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scheduling, reminders and meeting links will always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying important events and meetings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts at the operator's place of registration, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Kai — персональный ассистент для ведения календаря, задач, напоминаний, заметок, контактов, записи клиентов и онлайн-встреч через Telegram-бота и веб-кабинет.
Вам должно быть не менее 16 лет и нужен действующий аккаунт Telegram. Вы отвечаете за действия в своём аккаунте и за достоверность предоставленных данных.
Функции с Google Календарём и Zoom требуют подключения этих аккаунтов через OAuth. Их использование регулируется их собственными условиями. Отключить можно в любой момент.
Часть функций требует платной подписки (Про или Бизнес) через Telegram Stars. Подписка продлевается автоматически за указанный при покупке период до отмены. Отменить автопродление можно в настройках Telegram. Платежи проводит Telegram; возвраты — по правилам Telegram.
Запрещено нарушать закон и права других, мешать работе Сервиса или пытаться его вскрыть, рассылать спам или незаконный контент.
Сервис, ПО и бренд принадлежат оператору. Ваш контент остаётся вашим; вы предоставляете нам ограниченные права, необходимые для работы Сервиса.
Сервис предоставляется «как есть», без гарантий. Мы не гарантируем бесперебойность и безошибочность, а также абсолютную точность планирования, напоминаний и ссылок на встречи. Проверяйте важные события самостоятельно.
В максимально допустимой законом мере оператор не несёт ответственности за косвенные убытки, потерю данных, прибыли или возможностей вследствие использования Сервиса.
Вы можете прекратить пользоваться Сервисом и удалить данные в любой момент (см. Политику). Мы можем приостановить доступ при нарушении Соглашения или по требованию закона.
Мы можем обновлять Соглашение; дата «Обновлено» отражает актуальную версию. Продолжение использования означает согласие.
Соглашение регулируется правом Республики Казахстан. Споры рассматриваются компетентным судом по месту регистрации оператора, если иное не предусмотрено императивными нормами.
